Swipe Mobile
Swipe Mobile is a mobile technology company that allows retailers to securely deliver digital bar-codes to smart phone users based on geo-targeted location information. These digital bar codes are tied into a retailer’s point of purchase system and can be used to redeem promotions or gift cards by simply swiping the phone over a checkout scanner.
Director of Operations
Swipe Mobile is seeking a Director Of Operations to manage the day to day operations of Swipe Mobile’s new media business and technology platform. Job requirements will vary considerably based on an as need basis and candidates will be expected to multi-task across diverse job functions.
Job Responsibilities
Specific job responsibilities include:-
1. Development of an Operations Manual
2. Inventory Management of Gift Card Codes
3. Implement Customer Service Plan
4. Customer Service Management
5. Manage Credit Card Processors
6. Oversight of Book-Keeping and Accounting Functions
Job Requirements
The candidate should be a highly motivated individual who can function in a fast-moving start-up environment and multi-task across a variety of job functions. Specific requirements include:-
• BA (MBA Preferred)
• 10-Years experience in operations function (finance experience a plus)
• New media experience (mobile experience a plus)
• Highly motivated, self-starter
• Reliable, hard working
• Detail oriented
• Requires little guidance or management
Salary & Package
6 Month Consulting Assignment (employment option at end of contract)
Monthly Salary based on experience
Flexible Schedule with 4 working days per week required
